Four years on from a military coup, power outages have become a constant feature of life in Myanmar. In Yangon, the largest city, rolling blackouts are scheduled by the country's junta government as it battles for control of areas of the country seized by dozens of rebel groups. The junta has blamed the worsening outages on rising gas prices and attacks on infrastructure by anti-coup fighters. Yangon resident Yin Kay Thwe says the power cuts are making life difficult especially for families with children.
