French Education Minister Elisabeth Borne explains that "inspections will be reinforced" and asks school officials to "pay close attention to any reports that may be filed about drivers," four days after a fatal school bus accident in Châteaudun (in the Eure-et-Loir region, southwest of Paris). Borne is visiting the Emile-Zola school complex after a fatal bus crash on January 30 claimed the life of a 15-year-old schoolgirl and injured 20 students. SOUNDBITE
