Rescuers clear the rubble after a deadly Russian strike in the east Ukrainian town of Izyum killed five people -- including a pregnant teenager -- and wounded more than four dozen others, officials said. Despite the threat of attacks, people are returning to the bombed-out city, says tax inspector Larysa Chygrynets who witnessed the incident. "Everyone is coming home.
