"We have a first scenario which is downhill, reinstating the double lanes under the tunnel to go down to the stations. And for going up to the station, only one of the two lanes of the RN90 is open," declared the Prefect of the Savoie region François Ravier during a press conference about the landslide on the road to Tarentaise which has cut off the main access to the ski resorts, raising fears of major disruptions for the start of the school holidays.
