Description
The Rwanda-backed M23 armed group which, along with Rwandan troops, last week captured the eastern DR Congo city of Goma says it is open to dialogue with Kinshasa. "We are open to any dialogue, but we don't want hypocrisy in dialogue. Dialogue is with those we are fighting," says Corneille Nangaa, head of the Alliance Fleuve Congo (AFC) political-military platform, to which the M23 belongs, at a press conference in Goma.
