Kosovo's ethnic Serb minority is despondent ahead of parliamentary elections on Sunday, in which the Belgrade-backed Serb List party will be taking part after years of boycotts. Lacking representation, more and more Serbs have left Kosovo amid a tough government crackdown on the last remnants of Serbian institutions still operating in the country.
