Poland's Prime Minister Donald Tusk announces an investment plan for 2025 aimed at strengthening Warsaw's security during the war in neighbouring Ukraine. Tusk, whose centrist coalition came to power in 2023, says Poland planned to spend a "record" 155 billion euros ($160 billion) this year on investment to kickstart the Central European country's growth.
