The head of the Palestinian commission of detainees and ex-detainees affairs Qadura Fares says in a presser in Ramallah that the number of those affected by the Palestinian Authority's decision to end its system of payments to the families of those killed by Israel or held in Israeli prisons is estimated to be "between 35,000 and 40,000 families of prisoners, martyrs and wounded."
