Description
A Frenchman is reprieved after 18 years on death row in Indonesia on drug offences and will have to serve 30 years in jail after being repatriated last week, a French court has ruled. "This is good news," says Serge Atlaoui's lawyer, Richard Sedillot, adding, "We will obviously apply for a sentence reduction, apply for parole and then apply for a pardon." IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
