Black wasps crawl over the outside of their whorled brown paper nest, which hangs in a bougainvillea bush. They appear to be maintaining it. They can be seen entering and leaving the nest via its round hole of a entrance. The nest can be seen bobbing in the wind against a background of green bougainvillea leaves.
