Description
A group of associations has lodged two lawsuits against the French government for failure to tackle inadequate housing. The first lawsuit concerns emergency housing and the state's obligations regarding access, reception conditions, and continuity of care. The second concerns the right to housing, established by a 2007 law, which obliges the state to urgently provide housing solutions to individuals who are homeless or living in precarious situations (threat of eviction without rehousing, substandard housing, etc.).
