Description
The Vishnu of the Western Mebon, one of the largest bronzes found at Angkor in Cambodia in 1936 and a masterpiece of Khmer art, is currently being restored at the Arc'antique laboratory in Nantes (Loire-Atlantique department, western France), renowned for its conservation expertise. Once the restoration is complete and the fragments and bust have been assembled, the Great Vishnu will be exhibited at the Musée Guimet in Paris from 30 April to 8 September 2025.
