Description
Days after US President Donald Trump ordered a freeze on foreign aid funding in late January, 11-year-old Cambodian boy Yeat Saly was injured by a mortar bomb blast while herding cows in his village in eastern Tboung Khmum province.
When he tossed it aside, it exploded -- it was an old mortar shell.

Trump in late January ordered a sweeping, 90-day pause to foreign aid, which included suspending mine-clearance programs across the world. On Thursday, a US judge ordered Trump's administration to temporarily lift that aid freeze, but it remains uncertain when funding will resume.
