Hundreds gather in Berlin to protest against the far-right ahead of Germany's federal elections on February 23. The conservative CDU candidate Friedrich Merz is expected to win, with his party polling at around 30 percent. Meanwhile, many Germans are worried as the far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD) is now polling in second place at a record 20 percent.
