Six opponents of the A69 motorway project are camping out in trees in front of the Toulouse Administrative Court on the eve of a hearing that will decide whether work on the motorway continues or is halted. The public rapporteur, whose conclusions are meant to guide the court in its substantive review of these appeals, upheld the position she had taken during a first hearing on November 25, namely, the "total annulment of the prefectural decree of March 1, 2023," which authorised the construction work.
