Former Brazilian president Jair Bolsonaro expresses hope that amnesty may be granted to those imprisoned for the January 8, 2023, assault on the country's seats of power.
"Today, talking to lawmakers like those from PSD [Social Democratic Party], I feel like the majority would vote in favor," says Bolsonaro following a meeting with senators in Brasilia.
