Description
Production at Rwanda's first computer assembly plant is in full swing, after being opened by Argentinian-Brazilian electronics manufacturer Positivo BGH. The locally-made computers are being distributed to schools across the country, as part of the government's 'smart classroom' initiative. A natural sound version of an AFPTV report.
