Ukrainian Defence Minister Rustem Umerov says that his country is exploring alternatives to US operator Starlink for frontline satellite communications, following reports that the United States could halt access. "We are already working on this," Umerov says at a press conference in Kyiv, adding, "there are alternatives." SOUNDBITE
