President Volodymyr Zelensky says that only a real authoritarian would be offended by US President Donald Trump's recent characterisation of the Ukrainian leader as an illegitimate "dictator". "I would not describe the words President Trump addressed to me as a compliment, to put it mildly" adding "why be offended? Only someone who is a dictator would be offended by the word dictator."
