Speaking at a press conference in Kyiv, Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky says he hopes meetings with visiting foreign leaders to mark the third anniversary of the conflict -- would mark a "turning point". Addressing a possible reduction in US aid, Zelensky says "imagine that there is twenty percent less aid.
