In the heart of the Fort des Rousses in the Jura region of France, the French set a brand new Guinness world record, that of preparing the world's largest cheese fondue. The event attracted over 5,000 people despite the wind and rain conditions. Their aim was to surpass the latest Swiss record and enter the Guinness Book of World Records.
