Description
A day after escaped trafficker Mohamed Amra returned to France, Minister of Justice, Gérald Darmanin, promises a reform of the prison system and plans to build a high-security prison for drug traffickers to be chosen from among the sites of Condé-sur-Sarthe, Vendin-le-Vieil, Arles and Saint-Maur. The minister also describes Amra's escape as 'state bankruptcy'.
