The joint vote by the United States and Russia at the UN on February 25 seems like "the greatest humiliation that Europe has had to suffer in the whole history" of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, says Bertrand Badie, a French academic and political scientist, in an interview with AFP. The international relations specialist does not believe in the policy of "forced peace" desired by Donald Trump in Ukraine.
