South Africa's finance minister Enoch Godongwana says that the impact of tariffs imposed by the USA on any African country would be "devastating". Godongwana was speaking to AFP in an interview in Cape Town at the end of two days of talks by finance ministers and central bank governors from the world's leading economies.
