For many Ukrainian women in Poland, life is a delicate balance between adapting to a new reality and carrying the weight of an ongoing war. While some have found stability, the fear of bad news from home never fully fades. Psychotherapist Tetiana Moiseyeva says that many now struggle with subdued "accumulated fatigue", as opposed to the "acute stage" that marked the early period of the conflict.
