To celebrate Shrove Tuesday, London's Leadenhall Market hosts its 16th annual pancake race, featuring teams in bowler hats taking on a 20-metre course for the ultimate prize of a golden frying pan. "We've been doing a few pancake flips in the office, eating a few pancakes just to get the gist of what we'll be working with," says Daniel, member of this year's winning team, "Flipping Excellence."
