Description
After months at a farm turned rehab station west of Tunis, Aquila, a rescued golden eagle who was deprived of flying when his captors in southern Tunisia clipped his wings, is set free off the peak of Mount Sidi Zid. Some forty young enthusiasts - veterinarians, biologists or simply nature lovers - devote their free time to the "ResQ" program launched two years ago by the ATVS, to rescue injured wild animals, care for others seized from traffickers and raise public awareness.
