French Minister of Justice Gerald Darmanin explains that the prison of Vendin-le-Vieil, in the northern department of Pas-de-Calais, selected to house the most dangerous drug traffickers, will have "a much stricter detention regime," including "extremely strict search conditions" and measures that will "ensure the complete isolation of the prison."
