Hospital rooms underwater, collapsed roads, neighborhoods turned into islands and homes still without electricity: the port city of Bahia Blanca, located 600 km south of Buenos Aires, has been "destroyed" after being pummeled by a year's worth of rain in a matter of hours.
The death toll from the floods rose to thirteen on Saturday afternoon, with hundreds of people still evacuated and at least two girls missing. IMAGES
