Footage shows the aftermath of a bus accident near to to Johannesburg's OR Tambo International Airport which South African officials say killed at least 16 people and injured dozens. The Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC) said the crash "has so far claimed 16 lives". Twelve died at the scene and four more in hospital. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
