Russian President Vladimir Putin says he has "serious questions" about Washington's plan for a 30-day ceasefire in Ukraine but that Moscow is ready to discuss it with US President Donald Trump. In his first comments on the plan, which Ukraine agreed to Tuesday at talks with the United States, Putin says he is "for" the proposed ceasefire, but "there are nuances" and he has "serious questions" about how it would work.
