Stock shots of the president of Central African Republic, Faustin-Archange Touadera, during the African Day of School Feeding. Touadera won the 2016 election during a lull in a seemingly endless civil war. In 2018, he brought in fighters from Russia's Wagner mercenary group to help train his armed forces.
