"This is impossible," says Kostyantynivka resident Valentyna as she gets into an evacuation vehicle. Authorities have encouraged residents of the city in Ukraine's eastern Donetsk region to evacuate -- some heed the call, while others still hold out hope. Elsewhere in the city, 62-year-old Valentyna might share a name with her fellow resident, but she is not planning on leaving yet.
