The murder trial of former Franklin County Sheriff's deputy Jason Meade has wrapped up for the week and will resume next Tuesday. Meade is charged with two counts of murder and one count of reckless homicide for the Dec. 2020 shooting death of Casey Goodson Jr. Testimony was delayed Thursday for undisclosed reasons. Attorneys were behind closed doors throughout the morning. Once court was back in session in the afternoon, the judge said the trial was adjourned for the day and would not resume until Tuesday at 9 a.m.
