DUAL TAKEOFF: British Airways and Virgin Atlantic planes took off at the same time from London’s Heathrow Airport bound for New York to mark the lifting of COVID-19 bans on non-essential travel for people coming to the U.S. from more than 30 countries, including most of Europe. As of Monday (11/8), those international travelers need to be fully vaccinated and have a negative COVID test.
