TURTLE RELEASE: 40 baby turtles returned to the sea in Indonesia on Thursday (1/20). The Bali Natural Resources Conservation Center rescued the olive ridley and hawksbill hatchlings from the beaches of Bali. They were released back into the wild as part of an educational activity for volunteers. Olive ridley turtles are considered vulnerable, while hawksbill turtles are classified as critically endangered by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF).
