Description
In his confirmation hearing before the Senate Finance Committee, Donald Trump's pick to lead the Department of Health and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., insisted Wednesday he is "not anti-vaccine." In his opening statement before the committee, RFK Jr. told senators that he's not anti-vaccine, but has asks "uncomfortable questions. While Kennedy has called vaccines unsafe, in opening remarks he said that all of his kids are vaccinated. "I believe that vaccines play a critical role in health care," Kennedy told the committee. Kennedy's hearing was briefly interrupted by a protestor who was holding a sign that said, “Vaccines save lives.”
