One more cool morning Thursday, before we return to more typical late August weather. High pressure in control of the forecast, with clearing skies and large temperature swings from morning to afternoon. And as the high pressure very slowly moves eastward over the next few days, we'll feel temperatures (and humidity) increase through the weekend. Temperatures will rise to near normal (mid 80s) Friday, with upper 80s/low 90s through the middle of next week. And while there is a very slight chance of a shower or storm Sunday into Monday, it doesn't look like widespread rain & possible storms will arrive until the latter part of next week.
