An estimated 50,000 people will converge on Chicago this week for the Democratic National Convention. Harris and her running mate Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz already secured their nominations during a virtual roll-call vote. But that doesn't mean the political speeches delivered in the Windy City won't be significant.
