SURPRISE PASSENGER: A vehicle owner captured the moment a black bear and cub were trapped inside a car outside a home in Winsted, Connecticut, on July 15. State environmental conservation police opened the vehicle's door to free the bears that ran into the woods. The car's interior was left destroyed. Officials say they believe the animals got in the car by opening a door, but it's unclear how they were closed in.
