Description
There will be fewer clouds on Thursday, which means temperatures will be even hotter than Wednesday.
As the heat dome approaches central Ohio, temperatures climb fast on Thursday and Friday.
In this type of setup, pollution tends to get trapped down near the surface of the Earth, which is why we have issued an Air Quality Alert until 10pm Thursday night.
The Heat Advisory has been extended through Saturday at 8pm.
There will be a few pop-up showers Thursday and Friday, but the best rain chances will be north of I-70.
Saturday will be dry, then an approaching cold front will deliver more shower opportunities on Sunday.
