Well-wishers gathered outside Rome's Gemilli hospital express delight at the news that Pope Francis is set to make his first public appearance since being hospitalised last month with breathing problems. The 88-year-old pontiff is due to wave and offer a blessing on Sunday March 23, the Vatican said. "Our prayers have been answered with a miracle.
