CBS 8 speaks with the owner of a local whale-watching company who says his business had been financially hit after the U.S. Navy closed a part the San Diego Bay, to recover the military jet that crashed into the bay earlier this week. The business owner says the section that is blocked off is the main channel used by larger boats to get in and out.
