Description
The Lemon Grove-based Education Support Center is a shell business owned by one of San Diego's major fentanyl dealers, Algernon Lundy.
According to a search warrant obtained by CBS 8, a joint investigation with the San Diego Police Department and the FBI's Violent Crimes Task Force-Gang Group found Lundy was a well-known dealer who worked with cartel members and local street gangs.
