Description
San Diego Fire-Rescue said all 52 of its fire stations are fully staffed with nearly 1,000 firefighters ready to tackle any fires that may break out.
The 2025 fire season could be challenging. San Diego has had very little rain so far this season. Right now it's seen 0.37 inches of rain. On average at this time of year it would've already seen more than 5 inches, according to San Diego Fire-Rescue.
Last month, several brush fires broke out across the county, including the Friars Fire in Mission Valley and the Center Fire in Rancho Bernardo.
