San Diego Sheriff's deputies are searching for a suspect in Spring Valley after finding a woman dead from gunshot wounds inside a home on La Presa Avenue on Tuesday just after 10:30 am. San Diego Sheriff's Homicide Lieutenant Mike Krugh said deputies were called to a house on the 800 block of La Presa after a disturbance call was received. The call was then changed to a possible home invasion.
