San Diego Police are investigating a man seen wearing a badge and knocking on women’s doors asking for help. The first incident was reported on April 7 at 2:30 a.m. in the Ridgeview neighborhood. The most recent incident happened on April 14 at 8:40 p.m. in North Park. Other people around San Diego said they believe they’ve seen him too. Linda Gale lives in the Ridgeview neighborhood and says at 2:30 a.m. last week her doorbell camera alerted her on her phone that someone was there.
