San Diego County Treasurer-Tax Collector Dan McAllister is reminding property owners that the deadline to pay the second installment of their property taxes is Wednesday, April 10. The first property tax installment was due on Nov. 1, 2023. The second installment was due Feb. 1, 2024 and becomes delinquent after April 10. The County Assessor is offering qualified property owners tax relief if their property was impacted by the recent floods in San Diego County. If your home, business property, boat, or plane had over $10,000 in damage from the recent floods, you must fill out an application online by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10.
