Authorities Wednesday publicly identified two men who were fatally shot last weekend in Barrio Logan. Patrol officers responding to a report of gunfire found Junior Alastre, 23, and 28-year-old Osnaider Silveira mortally wounded in the 1700 block of Newton Avenue shortly after 9:30 p.m. Saturday, according to the San Diego Police Department.
