Parents in Oceanside are speaking out over safety concerns with ongoing construction at Pablo Tac Elementary School. They said a construction site is no place for children and voiced their concerns to the Oceanside Unified School District Board Tuesday. "I don't understand why the district is okay with sending 300 plus students to an active job site rather than a school," said a mother during the board meeting.
